[...] Another day, another extremely eye-opening video in regards to diet and health, this one featuring Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt aka the Diet Doctor. (And yes, this one was sent to me by the same brilliant – literally, he’s a genius – uncle who sent me the one I posted yesterday.) [...]

Great video. We actually used this as part of our MBA classes at The Jack Welch Management Institute. Can't remember what class but as you mentioned it does hit upon many subjects from leadership, to talent management, to marketing.

"I have a plan speech" Classic! :)

Seriously though, I know exactly how you feel. It may be THE conundrum of our generation that - thanks to the internet and other technologies - we can literally do just about anything but there is only time to follow through on some of the things we dream of.

You just nailed one of my biggest pet peeves. I cannot stand it when people mess with their phones at dinner. It's incredibly rude. Unless your phone is just blowing up, suggesting some type of emergency, there is no reason to bring it out at the table.

I couldn't have said this better myself. I need to organize my own phone. Technology is something I love and hate. The only other thing I would add personally is to not answer my phone when I am out to eat with someone. Eating on a lunch break at work: fine. But if I have planned to go out with someone, I will not answer my phone.
